COMPANY POLICY

FORFEITED SERVICES:

If we haven’t heard from you after 2 months your services will be canceled and forfeited. It is important to be prompt and communicate with us during our time frame. No refunds will be given due to your lack of communication.

PORTAL COMMUNICATION:

When communicating via the portal it’s your responsibility to respond back to us. If you respond delayed your services will be delayed. Responses are sent out biweekly on Fridays around 5pm est.

REFUNDS:

 WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON BECAUSE WE REQUIRE COMPENSATION FOR ANY WORK/EFFORT THAT WE PUT IN! NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVING AT ALL (please make sure you will like to work with us because no refunds will be giving after payment is received ) If you've purchased a class and ask for a refund  it will not be refunded you will have to take the class. 

AIRBNB CLIENTS:

It’s important to stay compliant and up to date with your lease and complexes rules. Once your unit and or turnkey is secured you are to contact the property/landlord for any questions as our services have been rendered. We are not responsible for any changes made at the complex (complexes send out emails and letters when changes persist such as not allowing pets/ or changing parking rules). For our mentorship clients you can send and ask questions throughout.

Locator/ Turnkey Service Requirements:

We prefer for your monthly rental budget to be at minimum $2,000/month so that we can ensure you a quality property. 

It's also important for you to have a minimum Credit score of 580 or established Business credit to proceed with our services.Please be mindful services take 4-8 weeks and can sometimes be longer depending on unit availability, and complex response time. If any delays persist you will be notified and updated. Updates for this service are biweekly on Fridays after 5pm EST. We have a strict no refund policy so please be sure you’re investment ready prior to moving forward.
